How it works

You and your coach will collaborate to design an agenda with clear outcomes, output, timing, and facilitation ideas. Our team at Frank & Eddy will be responsible for building and distributing materials, facilitating on the day, driving your team towards action, and capturing and sharing next steps with the team afterward.

What’s included

  • Team Lead Priorities: A focused discussion with the team lead to identify key areas for team improvement, such as strategy understanding, team purpose, role clarity, communication, managing changes, stakeholder relationships, team dynamics, team processes, etc.

  • [Optional] Targeted Team Member Discussions: Short sessions with select team members to gather views and insights, in order to shape session content for optimal relevance.

  • Finalization Session with Team Leader: Agree the agenda, outcomes, materials, timings, and facilitation approach.

  • Pre- and Post-Session Management: Our team manages the preparation and distribution of session materials, as well as capturing and communicating follow-up actions.

  • Session Facilitation: Customized facilitation focusing on maintaining progress and achieving goals, adapted to fit the team's unique culture and needs. Virtual or on-site.

  • Team Lead Feedback: Insightful observations and feedback from our facilitator, offering guidance on next steps and future session planning.
