Join us for a 6-month learning lab for women and non-binary tech leaders. With us, you will learn leadership concepts, build a community with and learn from your cohort of other leaders, and get to practice and ask questions in a no-judgment environment.
F&E Leadership Learning Lab
Our January 2024 Labs have just completed but reach out to info@frankandeddy.com if you’re interested in joining a future cohort or creating one privately for your team!
What you’ll learn & practice
We’ll cover challenges we’ve seen leaders face time and time again: developing a collaborative team, skillful feedback and communication, building accountability, effective decision-making, and situational leadership.
How you’ll learn & practice
Each session will focus on one particular leadership challenge. We’ll weave together theory, group discussion, small group practice, reflection, and field work to provide you with deep experiential learning. Additionally, you’ll be able to schedule two 1:1 coaching sessions with one of our facilitators during the 6-month lab.
One-off trainings don’t work. Real learning and change includes experiencing, practicing, failing, and reflecting.
Is this right for you?
You’re an ideal participant if you:
Work directly as part of a collaborative product development team in tech, in any leadership role
Consider yourself a leader, not necessarily a manager
Are more senior, not at the beginning of your career
Are eager to learn techniques to be a better leader of collaborative teams
Are located in Europe or the US
The concepts we teach will be valuable in any industry or leadership role, but we are interested in creating a cohort who will have familiarity with each other’s contexts and will have opportunity to learn from one another.
The program
Six monthly 2-hour virtual group sessions led by Frank & Eddy’s co-founders (Fiona and Alia)
Two 1-hour individual coaching sessions with Fiona and/or Alia - dive deeper on a topic or bring a specific leadership challenge you’re facing
Learn with 8 other women/non-binary leaders who are on their own journey to lead collaborative teams
Approximately two hours of personal growth “fieldwork” and application of learnings
Between-session discussion & support
