- Work directly as part of a collaborative product development team in tech, in any leadership role
- Consider yourself a leader, not necessarily a manager
- Are more senior, not at the beginning of your career
- Are eager to learn techniques to be a better leader of collaborative teams
- Are located in Europe or the US
